While working remotely is good and it can be managed, there is nothing like face to face meetings to really see a step forward in your project. It was Mexico customer services training in Our Exton sales office and meeting with my project manager to planout the next 2 months. I flew into Phily and the airport was great, I practically walked through passport and customs and going home was same. Great airport, and a great experience.
Digging out my cut over checklist and going through it started to make everything clear, although it actually just let us see how much work is ahead of us. My master data tracker was resurrected. We have identified owners, experts and loaders, looking at time lines and ensuring the team is ready. WinShuttle loading is going well and we are making good progress in that area.
All said, things are starting to take shape for the Brazil, Mexico and North America project – get ready.
