I have just wrapped up another successful EPR implementation in the US, Mex and Brazil and in post project reflection my colleague and I were discussed many large company projects (lean conversions, ERP implementations, financial transformations) that we had experienced of. Human nature draws us to the ones that got away …. You know – why do some companies fail to achieve the success planned from large projects? Or to think a like more proactively. What should companies do to make sure large projects are successful.
So after the project I decided I would write these down and publish and share them. I am sure there are no revelations, but you may nod and agree.
