I have been trying to buy win shuttle for 6 years. However building a use case and financial model to prove the return is tough.

- They make your data better, more accurate and quicker.
- They reduce waste and loss of time and enthusiasm.
But what value do you put on customer satisfaction ? Unfortunately it appears to be nothing, which makes justification hard.
Anyway we put our balls on the line and promised reduced development cost by using win shuttle and so far it holds up as reasonable.
